Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct mind-blowing point-of-care testing, health screenings, and risk assessments with top-notch diagnostic tech!
  • Be the appointment wizard with our state-of-the-art scheduling platforms, keeping everything smooth sailing!
  • Transform outreach strategies into groundbreaking connections with pregnant individuals! Hustle and heart combined!
  • Spread the knowledge magic by delivering culturally sensitive education on prenatal care and healthy practices like a superstar!
  • Perform quick screenings of patients' needs using predictive analytics and set off sparks of health behavior change!
  • Guide patients like a pro in setting and achieving life-changing health goals!
  • Keep families engaged with super cool postpartum follow-up and family fun engagement techniques!
  • Navigating community resources like WIC and behavioral health services like a skilled pilot!
  • Document all patient magic in Legacy's advanced electronic health record system!
  • Collaborate within our interdisciplinary clinic team to innovate care delivery to outer space levels!
  • Hit performance metrics with style, aligned with grants and contracts for continuous improvement!

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or an epic combination of education, training, and experience that sets you apart!
  • 2-3 years experience in a forward-thinking healthcare environment, ready to change the game!
  • Master of computers, with experience in cutting-edge software – you're the tech maestro!
  • Capability to perform point-of-care testing within three months, adapting with the speed of light to tech advancements!
  • Super ability to develop core competencies in our ever-evolving healthcare universe!
  • Desired: Bilingual superpowers in English/Spanish to make patient engagement sparkle!
  • Experience with electronic health record systems is a golden ticket!
  • Background in working with OB and Pediatric populations – a superstar plus!
  • Amazing experience in engaging with sexual minorities and gender non-binary individuals!
  • Proven whiz at educating about pregnancy and the postpartum adventure!
