Key Responsibilities

  • Be the patient whisperer as you gather comprehensive medical information and measure vital signs with finesse!
  • Lead the charge in digital record-keeping, documenting medical histories and test results like a pro!
  • Get hands-on with cutting-edge lab testing by collecting, logging, and preparing specimens!
  • Assist physicians with innovative exams and treatments, bringing your A-game to injections and suture removal!
  • Prepare treatment rooms with laser focus on cleanliness and readiness, making them sparkle!
  • Keep those instruments squeaky clean with modern sterilization techniques, and manage biohazard waste responsibly!
  • Conduct proactive phone consultations to discuss test results and health concerns, being the patient's guide on their health journey!
  • Administer medications as prescribed, following digital documentation protocols to the letter!
  • Get involved in programs aligned with OSHA compliance and keep the performance improvement momentum going!

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, ready to dive into digital learning adventures!
  • BLS/CPR Certification, because your top-notch patient care skills are a must!
  • Up to one year of experience in a tech-savvy healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, essential for enhancing the patient experience!
  • Basic front desk and healthcare support skills, backed by strong technological know-how!
  • Ability to handle pressure like a pro and multitask within an agile, multidisciplinary team!
  • A commitment to preventive healthcare and an integrated team approach that's second to none!
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for tech-forward proficiency!
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a bonus, enhancing patient communication with flair!
  • Phlebotomy skills and experience with electronic medical records are the cherry on top!
