Key Responsibilities

  • Perform client intake with flair and keep staff in the loop about arrivals!

  • Participate in the Performance Improvement Program, making service levels skyrocket!

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent — your educational journey starts here!
  • Possess a pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice that's music to our ears!
  • A multitasking maestro capable of juggling multiple calls or patients effortlessly!
  • Data-entry skills that rival the speed and accuracy of a lightning bolt!
  • Proficiency in computer use and experience with multi-line phones or switchboards!
  • Basic math and filing skills ready to come into play when needed!
  • A whiz at managing multiple deadlines and making quick yet excellent decisions!
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, so you can chit-chat with our diverse patient community!
