Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge and manage stellar programs under the Ryan White Grant.
  • Steer daily operations of Financial Services like a seasoned captain navigating new waters.
  • Analyze, optimize, and streamline workflows for a positive impact on patient care.
  • Create and perfect agile staffing schedules to meet our department's needs like a puzzle master.
  • Be the go-to for approving time management and PTO requests for your amazing team.
  • Ignite training and development programs that empower your team to shine bright.
  • Bring new hires on board with a bang, aligning with our dynamic standards.
  • Skillfully resolve patient issues, leaving everyone with smiles as bright as stars.
  • Fuel collaboration between providers, clients, and ancillary departments like a social butterfly.
  • Scout and recruit new talent with an eye for future superstars.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement and compliance, keeping us ahead of the curve.
  • Host bi-weekly staff meetings that are more like epic brainstorming sessions.
  • Champion innovative employee performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure stellar adherence to grant requirements with attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • Have at least 3 years of customer service experience where tech and service collide.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience? Check! With a focus on digital tools being a bonus!
  • Excel and Word mastery that can turn spreadsheets and documents into works of art.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare terms and HIV Medications is your forte.
  • Leader of the pack with multi-tasking skills that put an octopus to shame!
  • A record of excellence in healthcare customer service that dazzles and delights.
  • Effective communicator in a tech-savvy environment that not only keeps up but leads the way.
