Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to urgent, emergency, and challenging calls with confidence and expertise.
  • Strategically implement telephone triage tactics to guide patients to the right care.
  • Team up with awesome clinical colleagues to prioritize patient care with pizzazz!
  • Collect and share essential patient info, keeping everyone in the loop like a pro.
  • Share your wisdom through nursing advice and education using top-notch protocols.
  • Rock the care coordination while safeguarding patient privacy like a true guardian.
  • Build kick-ass professional relationships with peers, pushing for teamwork magic.
  • Keep calls efficient and maintain your professional, helpful demeanor.
  • Deliver unbiased care that honors cultural values and treatment costs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited RN program with a Texas RN license—woohoo!
  • Certified CPR pro, ready to handle emergencies like a champ!
  • Bring at least three years of hands-on RN experience, ideally in family medicine.
  • Triage experience is a big bonus in our healthcare adventure!
  • Show off your stellar clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Master the art of juggling multiple tasks and setting priorities like a ninja!
  • Your Spanish language skills will be the cherry on top for serving a diverse community.
