Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a cutting-edge practice with scheduled hours per the Service Agreement
  • Collaborate with medical schools and residency programs for education and research advancement
  • Develop innovative methods for quality assessment of clinical services
  • Provide agile support for clinical care during regular and after-hours
  • Supervise and mentor healthcare students, focusing on digital transformation
  • Participate in future clinical operations planning with interdisciplinary focus
  • Drive evolution of clinical quality assurance and diagnostic protocols
  • Lead recruitment and retention for a diverse and inclusive team
  • Engage in research, contributing to data analysis and publication
  • Promote patient education and preventive health with digital tools
  • Implement data-driven approaches for performance and patient outcomes improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Board certified/eligible in Endocrinology with a vision for technological integration
  • Medical Doctor with current licensure, committed to continuous learning and digital fluency
  • Participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other health benefit programs
  • BLS (CPR & AED) Certified, strong grasp of emergent digital health solutions
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience (including fellowship), preference for progressive endocrinology
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for diverse communication
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities with tech-driven solutions
  • Expertise with EMR systems, penchant for digital disruption in healthcare
  • Superior communication and customer service skills for a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment
  • Exemplary organizational skills, adept at handling confidential and sensitive information
