Key Responsibilities

  • Assist providers with innovative exams and minor procedures.
  • Maintain supply inventory using digital tools.
  • Administer injections and draw blood with precision and care.
  • Work in a dynamic, team-based environment focused on improvement.
  • Record patient information using electronic medical records.
  • Execute phlebotomy and lab specimen collection with advanced techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians to enhance patient treatment.
  • Prepare treatment rooms using automated systems.
  • Ensure safety with modern sterilization protocols.
  • Facilitate digital consultations and deliver test results efficiently.
  • Champion OSHA compliance and participate in safety programs.
  • Engage in continuous learning and improvement programs.
  • Foster teamwork through agile methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified or Registered as a Medical Assistant.
  • BLS/CPR Certification required.
  • Up to one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Phlebotomy skills preferred.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a multidisciplinary team.
