Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage data-driven insights to interview patients and record medical information, vital signs, weight, and height.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art electronic medical records for accurate documentation of medical history and test results.
  • Execute phlebotomy and lab specimen collection using advanced, precision-driven techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians, providing essential instruments and materials for enhanced patient treatment.
  • Revolutionize patient care by preparing treatment rooms using automated cleaning and restocking systems.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with innovative sterilization and contamination protocols.
  • Facilitate digital consultation with clients, delivering test results and addressing health concerns efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered or Certified as a Medical Assistant, essential for this role.
  • BLS/CPR Certification required for advanced care techniques.
  • Up to one year of experience in a similar capacity, embracing innovative healthcare practices.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, pivotal in transforming patient interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records—integral to our digital transformation.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, enhancing patient communication and care accessibility.
