Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain and synthesize comprehensive medical histories and physical data to drive diagnostic excellence.
  • Utilize advanced technology to interpret data and implement agile diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Perform comprehensive physical exams and document findings with precision.
  • Collaborate dynamically with healthcare providers to manage acute and long-term patient needs.
  • Order and interpret cutting-edge laboratory and diagnostic procedures for informed decision-making.
  • Engineer data-driven diagnoses and therapeutic plans with a focus on preventive care.
  • Engage patients with insightful health and illness prevention consultations, including FQHC-required family planning.
  • Administer medications, injections, and suture minor lacerations with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Recommend and connect patients with community resources to enhance overall care.
  • Provide clear, tech-enhanced instructions to patients and families regarding medications and treatments.
  • Maintain, review, and optimize patient records, ensuring an adaptive approach to continuity of care.
  • Employ strategic triaging and expert consultation for patient telephone inquiries.
  • Manage medical and surgical emergencies with agile solutions and rapid response techniques.
  • Participate in pioneering meetings, committees, and pilot projects to drive healthcare innovation.
  • Uphold Legacy's HIPAA guidelines, ensuring data security and confidentiality with advanced systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Medical Doctorate with active licensure in Texas, ready to pioneer new healthcare pathways.
  • Proven experience in hospital or clinic settings, with a minimum of two years preferred. Specialized expertise in high-risk pregnancy and minimally invasive gynecological procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with tech-driven efficiency.
