Key Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, engage in patient counseling to empower medication understanding and adherence.
  • Conduct comprehensive drug utilization reviews to identify and prevent drug-drug and drug-disease interactions, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Champion medication adherence strategies to enhance patient health across all age groups, from pediatrics to adults.
  • Participate in innovative pharmacy projects that drive forward-thinking healthcare delivery models.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university of pharmacy, ready to revolutionize healthcare.
  • Certification in immunization delivery, showcasing a commitment to comprehensive patient care.
  • Valid pharmacist intern license from the Board of Pharmacy of the State of Texas, enabling impactful practice.
  • Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate, ensuring readiness for dynamic healthcare environments.
