Operations Manager - Montrose Clinic (Job Overview)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-8PM) and Occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a dynamic team of support staff, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
  • Orchestrate staff schedules with agility, including PTO and leave management.
  • Provide EPIC and training support to facilitate digital transformation in healthcare delivery.
  • Encourage team feedback and pioneering collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the hiring process to build a cutting-edge workforce.
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions, promoting a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence to track performance indicators and innovate operational strategies.
  • Coordinate patient access management to revolutionize patient experience.
  • Manage provider schedules and oversee efficient desktop management.
  • Support service line performance improvements with data-driven insights.
  • Oversee locum and per diem coverage to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
  • Address patient complaints with a focus on improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor operational metrics to identify breakthrough opportunities.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, contributing visionary ideas for future healthcare models.
  • Maintain strategic community partnerships to enhance healthcare impact.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines while promoting digital security.
  • Oversee departmental orders and equipment maintenance for optimal operation.
  • Contribute to the Performance Improvement Program with agile methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications/licenses as applicable.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting or service industry with a focus on innovation.
  • A Master’s degree in business or healthcare operations may substitute for 2 years of experience.
  • 2 years of administration and staff supervision experience preferred, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHRS, leveraging technology for improvement.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and make data-driven decisions.
