Bilingual Clinical Scheduling Assistant - Job Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate patient care scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Front Desk staff, Lead Medical Assistants, and the Clinical team to optimize schedule flow.
• Ensure seamless communication for daily and real-time patient scheduling, adhering to Legacy protocols.
• Investigate and resolve scheduling inaccuracies, bringing recurring issues to the attention of stakeholders.
• Implement proactive solutions for scheduling challenges using predictive analytics for same-day or next-day appointments.
• Work with Site Leadership to manage a diverse pool of providers, ensuring coverage and operational continuity.
• Facilitate reminder calls and manage digital communications through portal messages effectively.
• Ensure patient registration data is continually updated using EHRS technology.
• Participate in innovative training sessions and execute additional tasks with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma, with advanced certification or training in Medical Assistance or EHRS documentation.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is essential.
• Experience in medical clinic settings with proficiency in EHRS data entry.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for clear and innovative dialogue.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, tech-forward team environment.
• Resourceful and self-driven with a knack for problem-solving and forward-thinking solutions.
• Spanish-speaking abilities are a valuable asset.
