Your Transformative Responsibilities

  • Prepare treatment rooms by adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols, setting the stage for exemplary patient care.
  • Welcome, seat, and drape patients to prepare them for dental treatment.
  • Accurately review and record medical and dental histories along with patients' vital signs.
  • Provide essential information and support to patients and staff, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and innovation.
  • Sterilize and deliver instruments, ensuring they are ready for the dentist's access to enhance procedural efficiency.
  • Expose, develop, and handle radiographic images and study casts, contributing diagnostic information.
  • Ensure patient comfort and a positive dental experience throughout each visit.
  • Fabricate temporary restorations and maintain patient prosthetics, directly impacting patient quality of life.
  • Stay prepared for dental and medical emergencies by maintaining essential certifications and resources.
  • Empower patients through education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
  • Document dental services comprehensively to support informed patient care.
  • Apply topical fluoride treatments and manage patient appointments efficiently, optimizing service delivery.
  • Monitor clinic-specific communications and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements by attending continuing education classes.
  • Travel between clinic locations to maintain seamless operations and service delivery.

Your Essential Qualifications

  • Hold a valid Registered Dental Assistant license authorized in the State of Texas.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification to manage potential emergencies effectively.
  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years of practical clinical experience, demonstrating your capability in providing high-quality dental care.
