Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver precise treatments to ensure the well-being and health of young clients.
• Maintain flexible hours, including extended coverage on days, evenings, and weekends.
• Surpass productivity expectations through efficient clinical care and management.
• Formulate and sustain comprehensive diagnostic and treatment protocols for pediatric care.
• Provide remote assistance via phone to ensure patient safety and care continuity.
• Collaboratively create robust patient education materials and mentor healthcare students.
• Oversee and mentor non-physician providers to enhance pediatric treatment quality.
• Engage actively in staff meetings and participate in Performance Improvement Programs.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and illness prevention, adhering to FQHC and legal requirements.
• Execute additional responsibilities to advance clinic service and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possession of a Medical Doctorate with current and active licensure.
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
• Commitment to engaging with Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Interest in adolescent healthcare and adherence to professional ethical standards.
• Completion of continual education credits to maintain licensure.
• Exceptional cultural competency and sensitivity towards diverse populations.
• Effective communication skills with staff, community members, and the public.
• Ability to function under high-pressure situations and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proven decision-making skills that promote patient-centered care and clinic efficiency.
