Key Responsibilities

  • Seamlessly manage incoming calls, ensuring they are routed appropriately and with efficiency.
  • Conduct patient intake with warmth and precision, promptly informing relevant staff of arrivals.
  • Accurately enter and update patient data within our state-of-the-art databases.
  • Collaborate with the volunteer coordinator to effectively manage our valued volunteer team.
  • Adhere to structured appointment procedures and cash handling protocols, ensuring organizational integrity.
  • Maintain an orderly and welcoming clinic lobby to enhance the patient experience.
  • Process lab results diligently, as directed by the Practice Manager.
  • Engage in our Performance Improvement Program to continually uplift service standards.
  • Prioritize professional and courteous interactions to foster a respectful workplace for all stakeholders.
  • Promote a collaborative, team-based approach to care, ensuring culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
  • Participate in all mandatory safety training, upholding Legacy’s high standards of operational safety.
  • Preserve work area conditions in alignment with Legacy's strict guidelines and safety measures.
  • Apply body mechanics intelligently in daily functions to ensure physical well-being.
  • Monitor and report any safety concerns, reinforcing our commitment to secure patient care environments.
  • Follow stringent exposure control plans and Universal Precautions to maintain a safe clinical environment.
  • Engage in lifelong learning through annual educational programs, broadening your professional scope.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned, showcasing versatility and dedication.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent. An essential foundation for building a career in healthcare.
