Key Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a forward-thinking approach.
  • Schedule patient appointments with precision, adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Identify and relay urgent symptoms to clinical staff to enhance patient care.
  • Engage in thorough data entry, ensuring patient information is complete and accurate.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address and innovate solutions for complex inquiries.
  • Navigate a structured environment confidently, meeting punctuality and attendance requirements.
  • Apply advanced interpersonal skills to de-escalate and transform challenges into opportunities.
  • Efficiently handle multiple tasks by prioritizing duties and using verbal and digital communication.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Comfortable operating in a technology-driven call center using computers and phone systems.
  • Strong understanding of basic healthcare industry terminology, including primary care and HIPAA compliance.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service with superb listening abilities and phone etiquette.
  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Capacity for innovation in addressing patient needs and optimizing service protocols.
