Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical operations as the primary physician and direct supervisor of all primary care providers at the designated site.
  • Optimize provider schedules and ensure adequate coverage, professionalism, and a robust clinical workflow.
  • Partner with the Site Director to ensure the smooth implementation of clinical workflows and initiatives.
  • Champion new healthcare initiatives by educating, supporting, and monitoring provider adaptation and execution within the clinic.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified in a Primary Care Specialty such as Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice.
  • Possession of current Texas licensure and DEA license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-residency.
  • Proven leadership or management experience.
  • Rich experience in community healthcare settings.
  • Demonstrated competence in supporting clinical programs across various departments.
