Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on high-quality patient care and community health improvement.
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate services that enhance patient wellness.
  • Support proactive healthcare management through collaboration and innovation.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of medical advancements.
  • Promote health education and preventive care strategies to improve healthcare outcomes within diverse communities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completion of a program from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board.
  • Active DEA certification.
  • Minimum of two years of paid experience in Family Practice.
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish-speaking) are preferred to better serve our diverse community.
