Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with callers/patients via phone and other communication channels to provide comprehensive information and schedule appointments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that champions a seamless and positive contact experience.
  • Maintain a professional, pleasant, and articulate demeanor in all interactions.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and multi-task efficiently across various responsibilities.
  • Accurately navigate keyboard typing, data-entry, and mouse operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with adept reading, writing, interpreting, and information dissemination skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional phone etiquette.
  • Robust ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar.
  • Proficient in MS Windows, Email, Online/Electronic forms, and website navigation.
  • Basic skills in math, alphabetical, or numerical filing may be required.
  • Experience in patient scheduling and knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
  • Commitment to punctuality, readiness, and minimal absenteeism at the workstation.
