Recruiting Coordinator - Job Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our organization's future by sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You'll be the bridge connecting Recruiting, Onboarding, and Credentialing, all while supporting our overall talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition function with administrative tasks, including posting requisitions and updating job boards
  • Monitor job posting performance and provide feedback to the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Draft offer letters and employment agreements based on approved job details
  • Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Credentialing
  • Assist with internal employee transfers as needed
  • Follow up with candidates for job acceptance and return of signed offer letters
  • Enter key candidate information into HRIS after receipt of signed documents
  • Initiate pre-hire tasks, including background checks and drug screens
  • Maintain and coordinate the annual trade show and recruitment event calendar
  • Leverage social media and networking to build a talent pipeline
  • Prescreen candidates as needed and foster a positive candidate experience
  • Gather and compile labor market information to support recruitment strategies
  • Assist with projects and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years of administrative support experience required
  • Experience in recruiting and/or human resources preferred
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems preferred
