About the Position

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition Department by focusing on sourcing top talent, liaising between Recruiting, Onboarding and Credentialing while maintaining a seamless candidate experience, and supporting the organization’s overall talent acquisition strategy. The Recruitment Coordinator will utilize their expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure efficiency and compliance. Additionally the Coordinator will help with prescreening candidates, and leveraging resources to help build a talent pipeline.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Legacy’s Talent Acquisition function by performing administrative tasks, including:
    • Posting new requisitions and updating job boards/postings as needed.
    • Monitoring job posting performance and providing feedback and details to Talent Acquisition Team.
    • Drafting offer letters and employment agreements, based on approved job/compensation details.
    • Acting as a liaison between Talent Acquisition Team, Onboarding, and Credentialing to ensure candidates are onboarded in a timely and efficient manner. 
    • Assisting with internal employee transfers as needed.
    • Following up with candidates to ensure timely job acceptance and return of signed offer letters.
    • Keying candidate information in HRIS (after receipt of signed offer letter or employment agreement).
    • Initiating pre-hire tasks, including background checks and drug screens.
  • Maintain annual trade show and recruitment event calendar. Schedule and coordinate registration for event and coordinate necessary materials.
  • Leverage social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking to help build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Participate in Recruiting Process by prescreening candidates as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
  • Gather and compile information about local, regional, and statewide labor market as requested.  Provide information to Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment strategies and planning.
  • Assist with projects, as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Two (2) years of administrative support experience is required.
  • Previous experience in recruiting and/or human resources is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) systems preferred
