Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with callers and patients via phone and other communication methods to schedule appointments, provide detailed information, and ensure a seamless contact experience.
  • Operate efficiently in a dynamic call center environment, embodying a patient-first approach.
  • Contribute to maintaining Legacy Community Health's reputation for exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferable experience as a Medical Assistant or in clinical office support.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and articulate phone demeanor.
  • Capable of managing multiple incoming callers and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient keyboard typing, data-entry, and mouse navigation skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, Email, Online/Electronic forms, and websites.
  • Patient scheduling experience and solid familiarity with Medical Terminology.
  • Dedicated to punctuality and demonstrating excellent attendance reliability.
