This role is integral to ensuring that those we care for can receive the compassionate healthcare they deserve without barriers. We are searching for a proactive individual who leverages their bilingual prowess in English and Spanish to empower our community with the knowledge and access to their healthcare options.

You'll interact with new patients, navigating them through their initial service set-up and ensuring their seamless introduction into our care programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Determine patient eligibility for third-party reimbursements while expertly navigating various program guidelines.
  • Spearhead the necessary data processing and admission of new patients into the CPCDMS, ensuring all paperwork is meticulously completed.
  • Coordinate initial service appointments, set with accuracy and attention to individual patient needs.
  • Ensure impeccable coding for insurance billing, maintaining the integrity of patient care expenses.
  • Engage with inquiries from potential applicants and patients, offering insights and support in both English and Spanish.
  • Commit to ongoing education by attending all required safety and annual educational programs, building a robust knowledge base for enhanced service delivery.

Qualifications to Thrive

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • 3 - 5 years of Medical Billing experience, with a preference for those adept in ICD-A or CPT codes.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, providing crucial communication skills.
