About Legacy Community Health

  • Services include adult care, HIV/AIDS treatment, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dental, vision, and more

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise support staff ensuring adherence to department policies
  • Handle scheduling and leave management for support staff
  • Provide coverage and support as needed
  • Deliver ongoing Centricity and EHRS training
  • Facilitate staff feedback and collaboration to enhance services
  • Participate in hiring, evaluation, and performance coaching of staff

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications/licenses for the area of responsibility
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in staff administration and supervision
  • Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of healthcare experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and EHRS preferred
  • Meet Legacy Community Health's EPIC proficiency requirements
