Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to patients with identified behavioral health needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and provide tailored therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Collaborate with non-physician providers to offer a cohesive approach to psychiatric treatment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all patient interactions, including contact logs and evaluated outcomes, promptly and effectively.
  • Reassess patients as necessary to develop or amend treatment plans, utilizing a deep understanding of psychotherapeutic modalities, particularly for childhood disorders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
  • Current Texas licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Bilingual proficiency, with preference for Spanish-speaking candidates.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
