Compensation Analyst - Job Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR Shared Services and Payroll Teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Mission-Driven: Help us make a difference in community healthcare through effective compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft documentation and procedures to support pay practices and incentive plans.
  • Manage compiled procedures and assist HR team and leaders in program administration.
  • Oversee the Legacy Job Description Library and collaborate to draft, update, and retire job descriptions.
  • Review and update job description templates annually or during organizational changes.
  • Ensure job descriptions exist for all active roles.
  • Enter approved salary and job codes into the HRIS system and maintain alignment with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Payroll Teams for compensation practice adjustments.
  • Support market pricing processes for new and updated positions.
  • Match survey market data to Legacy positions based on job responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Analyze pay range and employee average pay against market data and present recommendations.
  • Participate in salary surveys as requested.
  • Create and manage compensation tools, reports, and data.
  • Develop and implement audit processes and present results to HR Leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR team to enhance understanding and administration of compensation programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills demonstrated through previous work experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in compensation analysis is required.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials preferred.
