About the Position The Behavioral Health Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the duties and functions of the behavioral health area at their assigned location and ensures that responsibilities are carried out with accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality. This includes the input of patient data and maintaining schedules for Behavioral Health providers. The Behavioral Health Supervisor also ensures appropriate staffing for all functions and directly supervises the Behavioral Health support staff team members. The Behavioral Health Supervisor will collaborate with other departments to contribute to efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities BH Supervisor duties are as follows, in addition to assisting with duties of BH Rep I and II for coverage as needed.
Assist the Behavioral Health Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health department at their assigned location.
Provide excellent customer service per Legacy Community Health Services standards and assist in ensuring an optimal level of patient services, including addressing patient complaints.
Assist in providing staff with ongoing training and orientation of any new Behavioral Health reps.
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Behavioral Health Reps I and II.
Train staff on current software and platforms.
Manage fax inbox for BH Department and route faxes to appropriate locations.

Requirements
Associate’s degree from a college or technical school; or two years’ related experience required.
Two years of experience within the Legacy Behavioral Health department.
