The Vice President of Operations for Speciality Care at Legacy Community Health will provide operational support for our Behavioral Health/Social Services, Vision, and Dental service lines. You will be responsible for promoting high standards of practice by developing policies, workflows, and employee practices as well as by taking the lead in clinical and operational areas according to disciplined metrics set forth by Legacy. As the VP of Operations, you will lead daily operations and interpret changes in the marketplace. This will be done to aid you in developing plans alongside site leaders for expansion, idea generation, and quality assurance initiatives. At times, you may also be called upon to provide support for projects and initiatives related to the Social Determinants of Health.
Clinical Service Lines (Behavioral Health/Social Services, Dental, Vision)
Develop and maintain key relationships and collaboration with Site Directors and Clinical Operations Team
Collaborate with Site Directors to maintain budgeted staffing ratios and coordinate variances
Collaborate with Project Management Office on expansion and renovation projects
Oversee the implementation of site operations consistent with best practices of patient care
Ensure timely posting and adequate clinic coverage across sites
Collaborate with Site Directors to maintain budgeted staffing ratios and coordinate variances
Speciality Projects - Ryan White Case Management
Provide supervision of the Ryan White Part B Case Manager in Beaumont
Act as liaison for the Ryan White case management grant and ensure appropriate spending
Assist with Ryan White audits related to case management
Social Determinants of Health
Assist with efforts to assess patients for Food Insecurity
Provide oversight and program management assistance for the Health Leads Initiative
Attend city-wide meetings related to Social Determinants of Health
Provide oversight and program management for case management related grants
General
Provide coverage for staff when absent
Assist with interdisciplinary team meetings and staff trainings
Ensure quality assurance tasks are completed per grant or agency guidelines
Work with the Quality Assurance department to ensure timely documentation completion
