Legacy Community Health is looking for a Benefits Manager to join our HR team

 

About the Position

The Benefits Manager at Legacy Community Health is responsible for the administration of all employee benefits, 403(b) plans, worker compensation, family and medical leaves, as well as employee wellness initiatives. As the Benefits Manager, you will provide guidance and assistance to employees and resolve any issues that arise regarding their employee benefits and coverage. You will work with vendors and brokers to coordinate leave and resolve coverage issues. You will also need to ensure that Legacy Community Health is in compliance with regulations concerning plans and plan documents in addition to preparing reports required by law that must be filed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, HR, or related field
  • 3 years in managing benefit plans
  • Demonstrate clear communication regarding benefits to employees
