El especialista de acceso al paciente, interactúa vía telefónica o cualquier otro medio de comunicación con pacientes y personas que llaman para hacer citas o que necesitan mas información.
Para poder dar un excelente servicio al cliente e impactar positivamente a las personas que nos llaman, tendrás que atender las llamadas apropiadamente, saludando cordialmente y siguiendo los protocolos internos para resolver sus necesidades. Adicionalmente serás responsable del ingreso de datos e información necesaria al sistema por ejemplo; información del paciente, calendarizar citas, referirlos con especialistas, etc.

About the Position
The Patient Access Specialist interacts with patients and callers by phone and other means of communication as needed in order to schedule appointments, provide information, and create an amazing contact experience for callers. Because this is a call center role, you will need to properly greet callers, collect or provide information based on the caller’s purpose, and follow script requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for all required data entry, call logging, and reporting related to the patient or caller as well as appointment scheduling or referrals.
