Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with forward-thinking enthusiasm, seamlessly directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide a warm, tech-enabled welcome to clients, manage digital intake, and ensure seamless staff notifications of patient arrivals.
  • Maintain precise and efficient data entry, leveraging digital tools for patient information accuracy.
  • Assist with volunteer coordination, utilizing agile methodologies for a smooth process.
  • Adhere to cutting-edge appointment scheduling and digital cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure the lobby is a tech-friendly, inviting, and comfortable space for all visitors.
  • Process lab results and engage in data-driven performance improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
