Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare treatment rooms by adhering to advanced procedures and protocols.
  • Welcome, seat, and provide comprehensive draping for patients to optimize their comfort.
  • Record critical medical and dental histories alongside vital signs leveraging digital tools.
  • Deliver real-time information to patients and staff, enhancing the patient experience.
  • Sterilize and position advanced instrumentation for maximum efficiency.
  • Capture diagnostic information through cutting-edge radiographic imaging techniques.
  • Ensure patient comfort using innovative approaches before, during, and after treatment.
  • Fabricate and maintain temporary restorations using modern dental technologies.
  • Manage dental emergencies with up-to-date CPR training and emergency protocols.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care using digital resources.
  • Chart dental services using electronic records to ensure data integrity.
  • Streamline scheduling and patient referrals with digital systems.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality with advanced security measures.
  • Contribute to a clean, safe working environment through robust protocols.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development through CE classes.
  • Collaborate on performance improvement initiatives for enhanced care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Licensed Registered Dental Assistant authorized in the State of Texas.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification for emergency preparedness.
  • Preferably three years of clinical experience in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficiency in managing electronic health records and data analytics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sterile techniques and dental materials.
  • Knowledgeable in OSHA regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to navigate multiple tasks and make informed decisions swiftly.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus for expansive community engagement.
