Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier clerical and administrative support to the SVP and visionary clinical leaders, propelling innovative healthcare initiatives.
  • Orchestrate both internal and external department meetings, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline communication and efficiency.
  • Craft and distribute digital agendas and meeting materials, ensuring a frictionless flow of information.
  • Draft, edit, and synthesize comprehensive meeting summaries that catalyze actionable insights and outcomes.
  • Organize departmental training sessions, utilizing digital platforms for seamless scheduling and attendance tracking.
  • Enhance the recruitment process by efficiently screening and scheduling interviews for distinguished candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or some college preferred; High school diploma required.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, with a knack for embracing digital transformation and agile methodologies.
