Innovative Responsibilities

  • Expertly manage both inbound and outbound calls in an agile and forward-thinking call-center setting.
  • Schedule patient appointments with precision while adhering to protocols and harnessing creativity for common challenges.
  • Uphold a positive demeanor and a steadfast commitment to extraordinary service during scheduled shifts.
  • Promptly recognize urgent symptoms and communicate them to clinical staff to enhance patient care through proactive measures.
  • Conduct thorough data entry, ensuring complete and accurate patient demographics and payer information.
  • Apply exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex inquiries and leverage each interaction to drive process innovation.
  • Confidently navigate a structured environment, ensuring punctuality and attendance to sustain team success.
  • Decipher verbal cues and exercise advanced interpersonal skills to transform challenges into opportunities.
  • Efficiently handle multiple tasks by prioritizing duties and optimizing verbal and digital communication for maximal service impact.

Forward-Thinking Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with operating in a technology-driven call center environment, proficiently using computers and phone systems.
  • Strong understanding of basic healthcare terminology including primary care, provider terms, benefits, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Proven track record of excellence in customer service, with outstanding listening skills and phone etiquette.
  • Effective communicator, able to employ language, grammar, and style adeptly in both verbal and written forms.
  • Capacity for innovative problem-solving in addressing patient needs and refining service protocols.
