Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide courteous assistance to patients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
  • Efficiently manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and articulating information clearly.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records, essential for seamless clinic operations.
  • Coordinate appointments and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of the front office through multitasking and responsive customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, enhancing communication with our diverse patient population.
  • Exhibit a pleasant, professional, and articulate phone manner that ensures patient comfort and trust.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic clinic environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Computer literacy and experience with multi-line phone systems are advantageous; capability to learn quickly in lieu of experience is essential.
  • Fundamental skills such as basic mathematics and filing practices are beneficial in executing daily tasks.
