Key Responsibilities

  • Team up with our frontline heroes—Front Desk staff, Lead Medical Assistants, and Clinical teams—to make schedule magic happen!
  • Become the ultimate communication maestro for smooth patient scheduling, sticking to our awesome Legacy protocols.
  • Be the detective of the scheduling world—analyzing, investigating, and fixing inaccuracies, and raising the alarm on recurring issues!
  • Deploy your wizardry in predictive analytics to tackle same-day or next-day appointment challenges head-on!
  • Partner with Site Leadership to juggle provider schedules and ensure the show goes on flawlessly!
  • Master the art of reminder calls and manage digital communication with flair through portal messages.
  • Keep our patient registration data sharp and up-to-date with the power of EHRS technology!
  • Dive into exciting training sessions and tackle extra tasks with a mindset of ever-improving awesomeness!

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is a must; bonus points for advanced certification or training in Medical Assistance or EHRS documentation!
  • BLS/CPR certification is your golden ticket.
  • Show us your chops with strong experience in clinical settings and EHRS data entry mastery!
  • Be a communication guru with stellar written and oral skills that dazzle!
