Learning & Development Specialist - Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver game-changing training programs under the guidance of HR leadership.
• Lead L & D projects with an agile mindset to ensure timely and accountable deliverables.
• Orchestrate New Employee Orientation and Annual Mandatory Education using cutting-edge techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training content with current and future needs.
• Create dynamic training modules for seamless integration into the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Provide real-time insights and data-driven reports to HR and Operational/Clinical Leadership.
• Facilitate immersive in-person and virtual learning experiences as needed.
• Embrace additional transformative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required, with a focus on innovation in learning and development.
• Minimum of four (4) years in human resources, training, employee coaching, or development.
• Proven leadership experience in supervising or leading forward-thinking teams required.
• Exemplary communication and customer engagement skills.
• Capacity to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Superior organizational prowess and tech-savvy capabilities.
• Strong collaborative spirit for effective project completion.
• Experience in developing and deploying transformative training programs preferred.
• Bilingual / Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Proficiency with EHRS systems and an aptitude for navigating digital transformation.
