Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments as well as individual, couples, and family therapy to patients.
• Collaborate effectively with non-physician providers to coordinate psychiatric treatment, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient encounters promptly, including all contact and attempted contact.
• Conduct reassessments to update and refine treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest cure is taken for every patient.
• Expertly apply all psychotherapeutic modalities, with a special emphasis on childhood disorders, adapting to each patient's unique needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas License as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset, with bilingual Spanish being preferred.
