Legacy Community Health is looking for an experienced Per Diem Optometrist to join our Montrose Clinic team

About the Position

The Optometrist will be working at a large FQHQ in a medically underserved community to provide clinical care to all ages. You will provide examinations of patients eyes to detect signs of injury, disease, abnormality and defects in vision. This position checks for signs and symptoms of general health conditions such as diabetes.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry with current licensure
  • Provider shall obtain, maintain and participate in the Medicare and Medicaid programs, workers' compensation, other federal and state reimbursement programs and the payment plan of any commercial insurer.
  • Spanish speaking, preferred
