Legacy Community Health is looking for a Compliance Data Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team

About the Position

The Compliance Analyst at Legacy Community Health reviews, addresses, track, and trends compliance data in compliance with regulatory requirements and Legacy's complaints/grievances policy. You will maintain the databases currently utilized for compliance data and information, such as incidents, complaints, and privacy concerns. As the Compliance Data Analyst, you will also receive, investigate, track, trend, and report on incidents, complaints, and privacy matters. In addition to that, you to compile compliance information monthly in order to develop monthly reports for Legacy leadership and the board.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree
    • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Health Informatics or Information Management preferred
  • Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHCP) preferred
  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) preferred
  • Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS) preferred
  • 5 - 7 years of experience conducting investigations and HIPAA assessments in a healthcare environment
