Legacy Community Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Manager

About the Position

The Nurse Manager at Legacy Community Health will manage multiple sites throughout the greater Houston area as the liaison between nursing and operations in order to ensure clinical needs are met. You will perform routine performance reviews and audits in addition to overseeing staffing. Your main responsibility as the Nurse Manager will be the development and maintenance of an environment that supports quality patient care. This will also be accomplished by providing oversight and review for clinical support practices to identify any educational or process needs. Because you will be overseeing multiple clinics, you will need to be willing to travel throughout the Houston area for this role.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of Texas or compact state
  • Current BLS certification
  • 5 years of RN experience, preferred
  • 2 years of Nurse Management experience
