Legacy Community Health is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to join our team

 

 

About the Position

The Credentialing Coordinator at Legacy Community Health is responsible for ensuring accuracy of delegated rosters as well as Medicare compliance roster attestations. You will also serve as the liaison for Legacy to other organizations and external customers. To successfully accomplish your role, you will need to prepare and maintain credentialing files and reports for each individual provider. This may involve the maintenance of credentialing software, provider rosters, and various spreadsheets. In order to ensure compliance, you will obtain and verify credentialing documents for providers during the onboarding process and ensure current providers are up to date in their credentials with no expirations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years of credentialing experience
  • Data Analysis experience
  • FQHC credentialing experience, preferred
