About the Position
A Behavioral Health Representative will provide support to all on-site Behavioral Health providers. You will assist with schedule management, vitals and rooming patients, managing referrals to providers, screening with risk assessments, and completing phone communication between providers and patients. In addition to these duties, you will also need to arrange language line interpretation services, sort and dispense mail and faxes, and manage EHR and continuity of care.

Requirements
- 1 year certificate from college or technical school, preferred
- 3 - 6 months of behavioral health experience
- Bilingual
- English and Spanish, preferred
