Legacy Community Health is looking for an experienced Physician specializing in Family Practice to serve as Medical Director
About the Position
The Medical Director for Clinical Family Practice will join a team working at a large FQHQ in a medically underserved community. You will need to be a board-certified physician in order to define, promote, and review quality practices for the Family Medicine department and sites. You will be responsible for educating clinical site directors and physicians on the expectations, standards, protocols, and procedures for the Family Medicine practice. The Medical Director also serves as the community representative on behalf of Legacy to recruit providers, perform outreach, and increase patient traffic.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited medical school as MD, DO, or DDS
- Board-Certified in Family Medicine
- Current Texas licensure
- 2 years with an FQHC
- 5 years of medical experience
- 2 years of management experience
