Legacy Community Health is looking for a Patient Access Specialist to join our Contact Center

 

About the Position

The Patient Access Specialist interacts with patients and callers by phone and other means of communication as needed in order to schedule appointments, provide information, and create an amazing contact experience for callers. Because this is a call center role, you will need to properly greet callers, collect or provide information based on the caller’s purpose, and follow script requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for all required data entry, call logging, and reporting related to the patient or caller as well as appointment scheduling or referrals.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingual, preferred
  • Medical Assistant or Clinical office support experience, preferred
